Yield: 2 Dozen

2	c	Sugar
1/2	c	Milk
3	tb	Cocoa
1/2	c	Butter
3	c	Oats
1/2	c	Peanut butter
1	ts	Vanilla

Combine first four ingredients and bring to boil. Boil one minute. Remove from heat and quickly stir in oats, peanut butter and vanilla. Drop on wax paper and cool.
